Hurricanes Gustav and Ike Hit the Caribbean and Gulf States

Hurricane Gustav hit the Caribbean Islands then on September 1, 2008 it struck the Gulf States of the US bringing more than $20 billion in damages and causing the Republican National Convention to delay their opening day. Hurricane Ike hit the Texas coast on September 12 causing casualties, widespread flooding and the postponement of the NFL game between the Baltimore Ravens and Houston.[2. Source: CNN.org].

Calamitous weather and the damage it causes is an External Aberration that will move independent of the internal Rhythms of a nation. After the interruption has been absorbed and recovery takes place, the nation will continue with in its Rhythmic path that moves with periodicity.
